Ingredients:
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 box macaroni and cheese, white cheddar
Directions:
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. While water for mac is getting hot, brown ground beef in a skillet. Add chopped vegetables. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. If there is too much fat or liquid in meat, drain it. When mac and cheese has been combined, mix meat and vegetables into the same pot. Stir together well and serve with salad.
