Ingredients:
1 Boston Butt (about 5 lbs)
root beer
wicker's barbeque sauce
Directions:
Place pork in crockpot and pour root beer and barbeque sauce on top in equal amounts. Cook on low for about 10 hours. When pork is easy to shred, shred it with a fork and then drain it and remove the bone. Add more barbeque sauce and continue to cook on low 30mins to 1 hour. Yields about 6-8 servings.
