Broccoli Casserole

4 pkgs chopped broccoli
1 lb velveeta cheese
2 sleeves ritz crackers
2 sticks butter

Cook and drain broccoli.  Add butter and cheese.  Reserve 1 stick of butter to add to cracker crumbs.  Put in a large casserole dish.  Spread cracker mixture on top.  Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly.
