Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
poppyseeds
2 sticks butter
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
Directions:
Cook chicken. Let chicken cool and shred. Mix with cream of chicken soup and sour cream and add 2 tsp. poppyseeds. Melt 2 sticks of butter and crumble 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers. Combine butter and crackers and add poppyseeds. In a 9x13 pan, layer 3/4 crackers mixture, chicken, and last 1/4 cracker mixture. Bake at 350F until bubbly. About 25-30 minutes.
